  I gave a bad review while I was there and the owner called me out on it. It's the fault of the location, weather, and my lack of patience when assuming, "we'll be right with you", means a couple of minutes. And to the owner who asked me "what would you do if you got a bad review"? I'd fix the problems and realize sometime you can't make everyone happy. So here you go. You will be here for a least an hour. If you make an appointment make it early to better your chance of being seen at that time. My appointment was at 1 p.m. I was 7 minutes late thinking I missed it. Not at all, they don't keep to scheduling. I wasn't seen until after 1:50. It is warm to hot in the building and you will hear rap music with F bombs and N word this and that. Not real professional in my opinion but I'm no doctor or owner... I heard two songs like that while I was waiting. The owner did come over a change it on the second song to the delight of everyone having to hear it. If you want to know what's going on you will have to ask. I'd rather have the old location and staff. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on. And I made this review initially while waiting for my appointment not during the time with the "doctor". The doctor was on her phone during that time not me. And I don't see how my appearance has anything to do with you being unprofessional. First I work outside all day long so why would I have on "heavy clothing"? Second I have a shaved head, you took my picture, and a beard.
