    We bought a floral arrangement for the 1-year anniversary of our daughter's death. The roses were the wrong color and the presentation was wrong in 4 different ways. All they got right was the shape of the vase. They did not even refund the delivery fee, when my husband took them back to get an appropriate floral arrangement.
