  Somewhat dissatisfied we went to Enterprise Rent-A-Car on a Wednesday to request a car for Friday we thought this would be a good idea well on Friday we went to go pick the car up and it was not there and not ready we waited 1 hour to go get a car it was painfully obvious that they were understaffed on the Wednesday Friday and Monday's return although the car was nice and clean and worked well. This assistant manager was bold enough to ask me how was the service in a word I told him understaffed and left it there because there were 9 people in there waiting for a car I assume, next time I'll seek a car elsewhere.
