  Not happy. I canceled my account and they continued to debit my checking account and would not refund me even though it was their error they failed to close it. They said they could give me a “free” month. How is that free if they kept debiting my account? Issuing refunds is not in their policy is what I was told regardless if they screwed up. Will never go back.
