  DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS IN HANDS OF THIEVES. We had a storage unit here recently. I went in to pick up a play pen I had in storage, when I opened my storage door we were completely wiped out!!! ALL of our stuff was gone. We had this unit shortly after selling our home which means ALL we owned was in storage. The worst part is, no one was of assistance. They couldn't check surveillance video because I had to speak to a general manager who never picked up nor returned my voice mails. Front desk was a joke, as I was in tears about what happened the front desk clerk said she had to go her shift was over, she didnt even walk over to our unit to even file a report. We will always think it was an inside job as some of our door screws were missing and the door frame was repainted when other units werent. Please do not come here. Being that all our items were in the unit including important paper work, the thieves got access to our personal info and even attempted credit applications using my husband's info. If I could give this zero stars I would thats not an option sadly , but please just don't make the mistake of putting your stuff here after reading. This situation was one of the saddest and hardest I've been through. Lost many valuable things and things money can't buy, like the pictures albums videos and all those things that really matter. Seeing that someone else went through the same and got no help just proves someone is allowing this to happen. Don't pay a monthly storage here to be a victim. Please, I don't want anyone going through what we went through. It's not fair to see how someone can just take what someone else worked so hard for. Worst that the place you thought was safe and vigilant has no care whatsoever. This theft took place in April 2017.
