    I am sooo pleased with my new Windows!! I'd had a bad experience in the past with another window company that did a poor installation which ultimately resulted in the need for replacement. That company did not stand behind their product and installation like Pella does. I did my research. Pella has a superior product that has been proven to handle the extreme heat of our southern Arizona climate. They stand behind their product and only deal with the best subcontractors. The no pressure sales process with Stacy was informative and I appreciate that she took the extra time to ensure that I was comfortable with everything. Particular kudos must go to Pella's subcontractors, 3 Strand Construction, who were fantastic!! They did a great job with the installation and handled the unexpected complications with ease. They communicated with me every step of the way and did everything they could to accommodate my schedule and ensure that I was satisfied with everything. I wish I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars!!
