  As an informed physician, Dr. Barsony is capable. As a caregiver, she fails miserably. A woman who insults her patients by berating their weight loss, needs to go back to school and take Bedside Manner 101. She actually used the word "failure" in reference to keeping 80 pounds off for 4 years. A little compassion as a human would be nice. Why would I ever see a Dr. who makes their patients cry?
