  We are two year customers.Came in this store to upgrade our phones and add a line.GOT CHEATED!! Our plan got screwed up.they could not fix it.We tried to resolve the issue with the store.Never got to talk to a manager face to face.the agent talk to manger on the phone.we never did.This is a 490$ Mistake that they don't want to make right!! They offered us a phone case.WOW!! COME ON.They made the mistake.But don't want to make it right.They got our money.So to bad for us.Buyer Beware!!!

  This place is a joke. Went to the store 4-14-18 and they signage had said they opened at 9:00 am. Nope they had not changed the signage they opened at 10:00.
  They charged me 3 dollars to make a payment that was not late. The sales person the proceeded to give me a roll of dimes back as part of my change. Ask to contact the manager and was told that they don't give out that info? Given the one and only experience in this store there is no way I'm going back. The only reason I continue to to business with them is because I scored a good deal with them on two lines of service. Will be switching over to Cricket
