  We recently purchased a 2017 Soul, and we dealt with Tommy Ponder, the salesperson who generally works with internet inquiries. He is a great guy and not your typical car salesman. It was a pleasure working with him. But when he turned us over to one of their finance specialists, some of the luster was lost as he tried his utmost to sell us an extended warranty. We were in his office for nearly two hours as he printed out all the necessary paperwork, and then we were subjected to the extended warranty sales pitch. Bummer. But we love the car. That's the good news.
