  Horrible Customer Service. I stood in line at a register next to a sign that clearly stated "Line Forms Here" in both English and Spanish. The girl working the register continued to take other customers who would just walk up- all Mexicans, of course- while I stood waiting. After watching her take 3 customers who cut in front of me I asked what the purpose of the sign was. The other cashier, a young male, also Mexican, said the girl cashier would take me next. Next? I've been waiting 10 minutes watching as she continued to take people who didn't wait in line. When I asked for a manager some fat dude in a red shirt, white, said he was an assistant manager and apologized after I explained what had happened. Meanwhile, the Mexican girl continued ringing other customers up! THIS? This is why JC Penney is failing. You drive out your customer base with this crappy service so we go elsewhere, then you complain no one shops in your stores and you don't know why. FIRE THE STUPID PEOPLE WORKING AT YOUR REGISTERS.
