  Worst customer service ever. I think if you are making a large purchase they might pay more attention to you, but my 2 purchases were under $1,000 and when I went in for my 6 month inspection and only purchased a Pandora ring I was not treated as a valued customer. Not to mention the salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the Pandora line. I was more knowledgeable just from doing research on the internet.
  My suggestion is go to Stuart Kuper if you want want quality product and top notch customer service, regardless of what you spend.
