  I've had Home Builders LLC perform several jobs over the last few years. Franco first worked for me to build/add a Class C RV garage. I also had him paint the entire house and yard wall, which involved some stucco patching.
  
  Excellent work! No hidden charges.
  
  This went so well, I hired him again to replace a window. That went so well I hired him again to replace two more windows. Then, I hired him to re-coat the roof. I hired him again to replace the mechanical room doors. I’m getting ready to call him right now to discuss treating the natural wood support poles and beams of the two porches. Yes, he’s a busy guy, and that’s because he gets a lot of repeat work from many of his customers.
