  My husband is between jobs at the moment. But he has legit reason for pain medication bc he’s worked in manuefacturing all his life. Went to frys w blink health plan. One lady and pharmacist turned us away without really explaining reason just that it was against policy to fill without insurance. Didn’t bother to explain much more than that or even look at our paperwork which we alreAdy prepaid . And they were eye rolling and making rude faces and pretty much treating us like we were drug addicts which we aren’t. I hate putting meds in my body if I don’t have to. But just the way they treated us was so off putting . Went home to call blink and ask them why they weren’t accepting our rx even tho this pharmacy was a network pharmacy. So I went back to frys to explain what blink had told us and to have pharmacy give them a call if there were any more issues. When I went back to frys I spoke to a different lady in the pharmacy and she was super nice about it, didn’t treat us like dirt, explained that other rx are accepted w blink it just frys pharmacy policy that they don’t accept this type of meds. I was ok w that. I can understand if it’s just THEIR policy. But I did not appreciate the way the other two acted towards us. If I had spoken to that second lady the first time I’d have no problem. I’ve dealt with other pharmacies but none that look at you like scum (when we are honest and legit people) This is my home frys but best believe I won’t ever use their pharmacy. Customer service is a big deal to us.
