  Enterprise is always my first choice for car rentals when its rates are competitive and location is convenient. I've rented several times from this store. This time I called from a nearby location requesting a pickup and was told a driver would arrive in 15-20 minutes. When no car appeared after 25 minutes I called again and then 15 minutes later a driver came. Not good. Otherwise the transaction was similar to my other Enterprise rentals: courteous and efficient staff, a clean car, and no upsell pressure. Unusually, their refill arrangement had per gallon prices far below the market price, something that I've never seen before. Don't know what's up with that.
