  First off im writing this while starring at a bill that I got in the mail today from "Dr. Glenn E. Nelson". Let me begin by saying there's absolutely nothing that this "foot doc" told me that you literally cant review on google. I walked into his facilty on park ave, just off of ajo to seek help cause I have severely arched feet and they were starting to affect me at work. Besides from not being greeted by the front desk girl as I walked in, I felt her just glare as if she was annoyed by a patient walking in. After a short wait I was called back and met Mr. Glenn Nelson. I pride myself on having a very firm handshake and lets just say I was shaking the hand of what could of been mistaken by a pre school girl. He then put of rubber gloves and asked me to take off my shoes and socks. I dont know why he put gloves on because he never once touched my foot. After telling me the obvious about my feet, he then tried to sell me on some of his "high arch insoles". I of course already had a pair that I gotten from sports authority but I humored him because he told me I needed these ones with a solid plastic arch support. I wore them for about a week with no results and switched back to the ones I still wear to this day. I Went back for a check up visit a month later and in which time he was going to "contact" my insurance to see if they would cover actual fitted insoles for my feet only. Not surprising that it never came up considering how my first visit went. And now 4 months later Ive been billed once, paid it in full and now faced with another bill and a fee of which states me being over due on the first bill. All in all, please research foot doctors that care about seeing patients instead of getting paid to literally look at my feet. Learn from this
