    I can't say enough good things about Crossfit Fixx. The people here are great - so encouraging and upbeat. They cheer you on during your workout, even when you come in last - actually, ESPECIALLY when you come in last! Everyone here respects the effort you put in, no matter what level you are. This is the only exercise program I've ever stuck with (2 years and counting). Come give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
