  THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! I've worn glasses since 1991 and this place is hands down the worst eye exam I've ever experienced. Avoid, avoid, avoid! My husband and I had our eyes examined in mid-October 2016 and neither one of us has a prescription or contacts as of Jan 2017. I feel like we have wasted an entire year of benefits on this place.
  
  I have been in 3 times; the doctor has had me in 4 different prescriptions and none seem right. My husband ordered contacts ($160/6 months!!!! - ALL of his contact lens allowance + $60 out of pocket) but every time we've tried to pick them up, the office is closed. I've made 4 trips to their office trying to pick up his contacts different days of the week. I had to go 3 times to have my eyes examined and the doctor was still unable to find an accurate prescription. (Target got it right on the first try- $130 out of pocket.)
  
  October 2016: I plan on calling my vision insurance provider tomorrow to let them know of our experience and let them know that I now need a second opinion to make sure that my vision acuity has been measured correctly- all out of pocket, of course. There is no way that we will be back.
  
  Update: As of January 2017, we have STILL NOT received a prescription for either exam, nor have any of our benefits been refunded from this doctor yet. Our vision insurance says they are still waiting on paperwork from Civano Eye Care. She is required by law to provide one or the other, yet WE ARE STILL WAITING and TRYING to obtain one or the other. Our vision insurance has told us that Civano Eye Care should be refunding benefits so we can go somewhere else. We received a refund in November for $60- what we paid out of pocket for my husband's contacts, but our actual Eye insurance benefits have not been refunded. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am beyond angry to still be dealing with this 3 months later. There is absolutely no reason why this should be still going on.
