  Independently owned, their work is spot on when they actually keep the appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am. So today arrived at 9:10 am. I intentionally arrived a little late because the last time I had a 9 am appointment, I had to wait outside for 20 minutes until they opened. Was told that time that their child was sick. Understandable. At 10:05 am still not opened and not answering calls or texts. I finally left. Not happy. 20 minute ride there. Took day off from work to get this taken care of. Bad way to do business.
  Update: 10 hours later still haven't heard from them. No response to texts or calls. No return call to apologize. No explanation. Nothing. I will no longer be doing business with them.
