  The staff at the Brake Max on Thornydale are nice, but please beware if they inform you of any other services and/or repairs they feel you need to have done. Took my Grand Caravan there for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed almost $2200 in additional repairs right away. I was deeply concerned so I found a real good mechanic who checked out my van and told me I just needed a front brake job for $175. That other shop saved me over $2000 for what Brake Max said I needed, and 10,000 miles later, my van is doing just fine without the alleged repairs suggested. Brake Max also informed me the battery on my Impala I took in was bad, and that my brake rotors needed to be resurfaced. Again I found out that that was not true. That other mechanic saved me over $200. So, unless you know for sure that the repair they suggest is needed, get a second opinion. I can't trust them.

  Amazing customer service. Juanita suggested I bring my vehicle in for a true estimate and Shawn the manager was SO nice and honest which is really hard to find. I was able to have my car serviced immedietly! Thank you guys so much, you just gained a loyal customer!
