  I have been with APL Properties since 2003. They have done an outstanding job of managing multiple properties for me. They have good, reliable resources to make any necessary repairs. If there are problems with owners and tenants, they do a good job of resolving these problems. They do not dodge issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  
  I had a tenant that was behind on the rent, continually putting us off. We had to evict her, and she left us owing a few hundred dollars. A couple of months later, I received a notice that APL had recovered most of this money.
  
  Paul and his young assistant Mark listed and sold two of my properties for me. They got a reasonable amount for these properties and the entire process went very smoothly. Paul is quite knowledgeable and has a lot of experience.
