  Horrible! My husband sent flowers to my office for Valentine's Day. The flowers arrived with the roses already wilted in the box. We contacted 1-800 flowers for a refund and they offered to send a new arrangement. Sounded promising, but then they told us the arrangement would be sent to ny office on a Saturday, despite being told the office would be closed and no one would be there. They wouldn't re route the delivery to the house. So I get to deal with another dead arrangement of flowers!!!!! We are newly weds and are extremely disappointed with this company. I will never order anything from them again. Each time we contacted them we spoke with a different person. No customer service at all!!!!! The worst shop I've ever dealt with!!
