  They have cleaned my carpets 3-4 times over the past several years. They always do a great job and take care to use bumpers around corners and protective coverings over their shoes. There was carpet I thought I might have to replace with new carpeting but after they came it looked clean and great, no need to replace! They even moved furniture around to clean underneath them. placing them up on styrofoam blocks so the bottom of the furniture does not get wet. I'd highly recommend them. I have even had to reschedule them the day before and they were very accommodating. They have offered me discounts each time since I'm a repeat customer. They do re-measure but that's ok and understandable. But the price for all the rooms I had them do was very reasonable. They even clean upholstered couches and chairs. Only thing I'd recommend is to get the first appointment of the day and that way the carpet dries by the evening when you need to get into your bedrooms and in my case more people are home.
