    One of the best decisions I've made is joining Bion CrossFit. The facilities are fantastic, the coaches are amazing and are really invested in making sure you achieve your fitness goals. Before every class the coaches take the time demonstrate each exercise to ensure that you are executing the proper technique to minimize injuries. The class times are convenient and they have a daycare at the gym that is visible for our kids to watch. Overall the culture that they have created is outstanding!
