  I would like to confirm the review given by Dr. Patel. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a female pharmacist at this Osco.
  
  I was attempting to find out why the co-pay on a prescription I had just moved to Osco had doubled. I wanted to know how I, as a customer, could find the pharmacy that had the best price for a medication before I submitted it to be filled. In other words how can I shop for the best price - I was told I couldn't. The pharmacist went on to blame insurance companies pointing out that my insurance company was the worst offender, she even mentioned that Walgreens no longer carries it.
  
  Throughout the conversation she keep talking over me and interrupting - a technique used by bullies. Her tone was arrogant and condescending. My very legitimate concerns were not addressed. I am not less of a human because I am in need of medical care and I do have the right to question the costs of my care.
  
  In addition, I felt she was threatening my insurance. I am covered under my husbands military insurance. He is a Vietnam era vet who served in the military for 25 years. We have decent prescription coverage. Walgreens refusal to carry it is a statement that Walgreens does not support our military.
  
  I have every right to question the pricing of my medication, and to have a pharmacy tell me that they charge what the computer tells them is not sufficient. Given that pharmacists make well over $100,000 a year, I expect them to be able to explain to the customer not only the particulars about the medication (something that never seems to happen) but also specifics on the price. It is a part of the job, a job they are well compensated for financially.
